Kens Stereo Macon and Warner Robins

I wanted a system for my Silverado so I went to Ken’s in Macon, Ga. I felt like I was paying for the best quality and I was getting exactly what I payed for. When I got my truck back the next day it was the best sounding stereo system I have ever heard. About a week later the subs stopped working so I went back and they fixed the problem with no questions asked at no cost to me. I am sure they would have taken the whole thing out and replaced it if they needed to. If you love music like I do and you love it loud, there is no other option in middle Ga if you ask me. Thanks a lot to the team for helping me realize a life long dream.

I have been back and forth to Kens in Macon 4 times after spending over 2,000 on a simple custom 6x9 build on a 12 woofer. The technician can't seem to get my system playing right. This is sooooo unacceptable. I have never had these issues with Kens beforehand. What is going on with Kens of Macon?? However, I am impressed with how they handled the situation. I was upgraded to a better amplifier which not only fixed the issue but provided an even better sound. Hats off to Dexter for showing excellent customer service and conversing with me throughout the entire process. Thank you Dexter

Excellent service, first visit to store was fantastic. Special thanks to Kurt and Keary, salesman and Chris service manager overseeing my install who did great sharing with me his expertise which helped me make my selections. No nonsense transaction paid my deposit and will be heading back to the shop soon to get started. Also thanks for honoring the military with a great discount overall….1969 Chrysler New Yorker…. Kurt gave me exceptional service from start to finish. I purchased equipment for a jeep gladiator and a F150. Kurt advised me on both purchases. I was very pleased with the quality of both units a 3800 pioneer the sound is superb easy to use and looks great in the vehicle. He sold me plug and play upgrade speakers for my jeep also sounds superb. He is easy on your wallet at the same time not effecting the quality. And one heck of a person to work with. The rest of his staff is also great. So if you need any kind of audio equipment please go to Ken’s you wont regret it.

Kurt kept me on budget while emphasizing quality and long-term value. I really appreciated his honesty — he told me exactly what I needed and, just as importantly, what I didn’t.
